Bridget E. Grams

Since joining HMS in 2004, Bridget Grams has saved clients over $35 million by restructuring more than 160 commercial real estate sites – reducing rents by renegotiating or terminating leases, subleasing, or obtaining remodeling contributions from owners. She has extensive experience working with venture capital groups, crisis management companies and auditors during the workout process.

Like several others on the HMS team, Bridget started out as a client. Prior to HMS, Bridget was Vice President of Franchise Development and Real Estate at Houlihan’s Restaurants where she oversaw the sale of scores of franchise units for the restaurants portfolio and assisted with asset dispositions and lease renegotiations during bankruptcy. As a member of Houlihan’s Workout Team, Bridget negotiated all sales of corporate units to franchisees and managed acquisitions of new corporate and franchise sites.

What makes us different:
“At Houlihan’s, I had the privilege of working with HMS. I saw the direct impact they made on our bottom line. Like many companies, we didn’t possess the human resources or the skill sets to do the work ourselves. It was a partnership and very much a team effort, and HMS produced stellar results for us. They have a great reputation in the industry because of their professionalism and their ability to save clients significant amounts of money. Their team spirit and energetic effort make them fun to work with. Their fact-based, analytical approach enables both landlords and lenders to set aside the historical, which enables all parties to work constructively and solve the business problem at hand.”
