During 15 years at IHOP, Steve and his team cooked up growth-oriented
marketing solutions that generated 146 consecutive months of increased
comparative restaurant sales, tripled average unit volumes, and
engineered sales turnarounds in 84 markets. These results enabled
IHOP to emerge from its parent company’s bankruptcy and grow
from a $20 million negative net worth to over $300 million in market
capitalization. Steve went on to found Golden Spike Resources Group
