Restructuring leases, debt, and equity; consulting on bankruptcies; and negotiating sales and purchases of assets have been the focus of Dwayne’s work for more than a decade. During most of that time, Dwayne was also the chairman of the Audit Committee of NASDAQ-listed Placer Sierra Bancshares until its sale to Wells Fargo in 2007. Prior to joining HMS, he served as Vice President and Controller of Chartwell Holdings, a real estate development company. As Chief Financial Officer and Senior Group Vice President for Exploration Logging, Dwayne played a key role in finance, operations and manufacturing. As a CPA with Coopers & Lybrand, he handled audit and consulting engagements with companies in real estate development, broadcasting, retail, manufacturing, and other industries.
